Cambridge Scottish Festival July 20 and 21
Come out to the Cambridge Scottish Festival and learn about Scottish culture.
Highland Games have been taking place for hundreds of years. Originally, these events were organized to keep men in good physical condition so that they were prepared in times of war. Throughout the years, the Highland Games became a great way to spend time with family, enjoy the pipes and drums as well was compete in competitions. Today, we keep that part of Scottish heritage alive and well.
Children's Glen
There are lots of fun activities for the wee ones at the Festival. From Bouncy Castles and Slides, Paintball, Face Painting, to Playing with Clay we’ve got lots of activities to keep the little ones busy and entertained.
But don’t miss the opportunity to teach the kids about Scotland and its traditions. Be sure to visit our Scottish Cattle, Blacksmith, and Avenue of the Clans. Kids and adults alike will enjoy watching our Highland Dancers, the Heavy Events, and Pipe Bands.
